Before anything even gets started, Preferred Builders takes a step back to review your plans. We’ll analyze them carefully, looking at each element to see where you might be unnecessarily overextending your budget. Then we'll suggest changes, amending plans to save you both time and money. Don’t have plans? Not a problem. We offer our clients an owner’s rep to create plans from scratch.

Bidding
As we get into your project, we continue to look for ways to save you money. When bidding out projects to subcontractors in various fields, we negotiate every step of the way, create a leveling sheet, and determine how to get the best talent working on your project for the most affordable prices. We measure our success by your satisfaction, and we aim for a 100% success rate.

On-Site Management
We’re on top of every project, our project managers committed to seeing your property flourish. Nuchem Mehring, COO and project manager, oversees our site managers and visits each job site every day to ensure safety and code compliance. Our site mangers are passionate about their projects and see that the job runs smoothly, safely, and in a timely manner, avoiding violations with ease. Moreover, Chaim Fuchs, our CEO, visits each site every week to check on the progress of all our projects and verifies that everything is on track time-wise and that Preferred Builders’ standard of quality is being met.
