The first residential building on this commercial block, 880 DeKalb has ushered in a new era to the area.

This mixed-use building seamlessly integrates its commercial and residential sections, subtly delineating between the two with its architecture.

By getting approval for a fresh food market in 410 Tompkins, we were granted permission to build an additional two floors.

This property had comprised two two-family houses. We demolished and transformed them into high-end apartment rentals with a modern façade.

This work in progress is set to be a state-of-the-art synagogue with modern architectural and interior design touches.

Welcome to the largest Brooklyn Boulders facility. Because the infrastructure was solid, we opted to keep the building’s exterior, working instead within the structure to help our client save big.

The biggest residential building in the area, 58 Gerry Street was also completed in a very short timeframe.

The tallest building in the area, 802 Myrtle doesn’t only look good but also has the nicest views of Manhattan.
